If you have queries with regards to enrolling at our school, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How it works
1: Fill out the application form in full. This can be found on our website www.inlingua-cardiff.co.uk, or you can request one to be sent to you via e-mail, post or fax.
2: Send the application to us as soon as possible via e-mail, fax or post to:

3: We will contact you to confirm your booking, course details and payment arrangements.
4: Once your booking has been confirmed, please send us your deposit immediately, plus any arrangement fees applicable.
5: An invoice will be sent to you showing receipt of your deposit and the balance outstanding including any bank charges that will be incurred. The outstanding amount must be paid three weeks before your course begins. (Please see our terms and conditions)
What to do if your circumstances change
If any details change with regards to your booking, you must contact us a minimum of three weeks before your arrival so that we can make the necessary adjustments. If there are any changes within the three week period we will do our best to accommodate any changes for your transfers or accommodation.
Up to 30 Days before your course begins, if you cancel your course for no valid reason you may lose any deposits and arrangement fees that you have made. If you cancel your course within the 30 Days of your course beginning, please see the terms and conditions for charges applied.
How to pay
1: By cash direct to the school (Never send cash in the post).

4: If you wish to pay by credit/debit card, you will need to have the credit card number, full name on the card, expiry date and address that the card is registered to. Paying by credit card may require an additional charge to applied to your invoice.
