Inlingua Cardiff's ‘General English Courses’ will improve your ability to understand and use vocabulary and expressions common to everyday life. The courses will also improve your ability to express ideas clearly and with confidence, both in work and social situations. 

Level 1 Elementary (CEFR A1-A2)

Designed for beginners so that they can communicate at a basic level with speakers of English on a number of essential topics.

Level 2 Pre-Intermediate (CEFR B1)

For learners with some prior knowledge of English, this level covers the main structures of the English language and general vocabulary. At the end of the program, learners can speak about a greater variety of topics with some degree of ease.

Level 3 Intermediate (CEFR B2)

This level is designed for students to acquire further structures and vocabulary, so that they can communicate on an even wider range of topics and in an increased number of different situations.

Level 4 Upper Intermediate (CEFR C1)

This level concentrates on the finer grammatical points of the English language and enables students to comprehend demanding texts and interact relatively fluently in spoken and written form.

Level 5 Advanced (CEFR C2)

After successfully completing this level, students are able to converse fluently and with great accuracy.  They are able to understand subtleties of meaning and deal with complex situations confidently in English.
